At Keep On Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your journey; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and technical tags are still attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
